Client Support Specialist

The pay range begins at $49,000.00 per year. Primarily works remote, in a home office in the state of Michigan.

Job Summary

This position supports the MHA Service Corporation by supporting Data Services products and services by working with clients to maximize the use and value of the products clients use on a day-to-day basis.”

Responsibilities include: assisting clients with technical software issues, training clients, developing user manuals/instructions, data reporting for internal and external clients, testing software for bugs, suggesting product improvements, and selling products and/or services.

Provides technical help desk support, data management and data reporting to clients.

Trains clients through multiple vehicles (email, phone, webinars, in-person, and conferences).

Supports in the authoring and/or participates in the creation of various communications and documentation.

Works to improve the delivery of products and services to clients.

Performs second-level testing of development on our products.

Promotes, markets, and sells Data Services software products and/or services by providing product demonstrations and attending trade shows.

Required Experience

Computer Skills – Proficient with PC software including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and the major browsers; Knowledge of Access, Camtasia Studio, HTML and/or other software a plus.

Customer Service – Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance.

Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Works well in group problem-solving situations.
Public Speaking – Conducts client training sessions both in-person and via webinar.

Quality – Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality.

Quality Management – Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Good organizational skills and great attention to detail.

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; and one (1) or more years of related experience and/or training. The pay range begins at $49,000.00
